Encountering issues with a downloaded game? Please follow these professional troubleshooting tips:

  1. Anti-Virus Blocking Game Files: Turn off anti-virus and Windows Defender before downloading games. Restore quarantined files from the anti-virus vault if needed and add game folders to the exclusion list for future downloads.
  2. Missing DLL Errors: Check the “Redist” folder in the game files and install programs like DirectX, Visual C++, or .NET Framework to resolve the issue.
  3. Game Not Saving Progress: Run the game as an Administrator. Right-click the game file and select “Run as Administrator” to fix saving issues.

Note: “Hotlink protection” errors happen when download links are copied and pasted instead of being accessed directly through our website. Additionally, the Brave browser is currently unable to download files from our platform.

For JDownloader users: Copy the direct download URL from your browser’s Ctrl+J downloads page instead of using the uploadhaven link. Paste the copied link directly into JDownloader to bypass hotlink protection errors.
