Witchfire is a single-player RPG shooter from the creators of Painkiller and Bulletstorm dive into dangerous expeditions, take down enemies to level up your powers and gear, and scavenge resources. You can head back to your sanctuary to rest and upgrade, or if you’re feeling bold, face off against Familiars—powerful guardians of the witch.

To take down the Witch of the Black Sea and her witchfire-fueled army, you’ll need both skill and smarts. If you die, you’ll get one shot to go back and recover what you lost—or come up with a new strategy and try again.

Explore huge, immersive biomes, pick your battleground, and fight the witch’s forces. Every completed encounter will make you stronger and improve your weapons, thanks to the roguelite Arcana system. There are endless ways to build your preyer and take down the witch.

Only the worst sinners become preyers—undead assassins powered by witchfire coursing through their veins. At your base, the Hermitory, you can choose from a bunch of unique weapons, spells, and artifacts to craft your own preyer.

On each expedition, you can either extract the loot you’ve gathered or, if you’re feeling confident, challenge the witch’s Familiar to unlock new areas and gain powerful items and upgrades.

Piece together the story from the past to save the future. Investigate ships crashing near the witch’s domain and hunt down an artifact that could tip the balance in the ongoing war between the Church and the witches.

During Early Access, Witchfire will be getting updates, including new areas, enemies, weapons, and more destruction tools. Help us shape the game into something epic!
