Set in the near future, the story kicks off when a wormhole is discovered, but all unmanned spacecraft sent to investigate it go silent. Our main guy, Adam “Echo” Winters, a skilled astronaut, volunteers to head out on an expedition. But when traveling through the wormhole, something goes wrong. He passes out and wakes up in an entirely different place.

He finds himself in a creepy, abandoned station with no idea how he got there. Using EVE, the AI that runs the station, he starts trying to piece together what happened. But the more Echo uncovers, the more he realizes nothing is as simple as it seems. The station isn’t exactly what EVE says it is, and as Echo digs deeper, he starts to unravel one of humanity’s biggest secrets.
